We offer free standard shipping on orders over $199.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable charges are not included in the item or shipping price.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to address issues or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

9. Pre-Orders and Delays

Items marked as pre-order will ship based on the estimated release date stated on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held until all items are available.
